Thanksgiving Tips has some great health/fitness ideas to help us feel good about splurging during the big meal holiday.  Here’s my two cents on dieting during this holiday: just stop.  Don’t think about it, just enjoy the time with loved ones (the food and people…both are loved ones for me).  Saturday morning, start up where you left off, and yes I left Friday as a splurge day too because left overs are amazing!  Go walking after big meals, but don’t stress, that’s what Dr. Dan suggests at least.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
